Obtain Financing. I have a list of good mortgage loan lenders that are knowledgeable and friendly. You will be helped in no time.
We Love this Home. You may already know of a home that you would like to see. No problem, I can show it to you. I can show you new homes, foreclosures and homes on the MLS listed by other brokers. It’s easy. I can help you search all the databases and find the home you love.
How Do I make an Offer? I can help you with the required forms. I will take it page by page and step by step, while explaining the process. One of your first concerns will be the price. I have access to prior sales, and I will be able to make comparisons to put you at ease on the price of your offer.
Do I need inspections? I always recommend having an inspector look over the property, even new builder homes. If you have a question about inspections, simply give me a call.
When Can I Move In? The closing and move-in date is actually set when the contract to purchase is signed. If it is a new builder home under construction, then you close and move in upon completion
Other Thoughts: If you are just in the “I’m thinking about it” stage, you can still call me and get some suggestions. There may be some issues with your credit or financing that put you in a waiting period for another month or so. Even so, I will be happy to speak with you and get you on the path to owning a home.
